Chyka's Christmas Cocktail

Every Christmas needs to have its own cocktail, and my choice of cocktail for Christmas this year is a Burnt Orange Cosmopolitan.


Year after year we bake the traditional cookies, eat the traditional lunch - now and then you need to introduce a new tradition to the fold. Mine is to work in a new cocktail each year. Considering my whole Christmas theme is pretty pinks and oranges - my drink had to reflect that, as well as the glass and garnish. Because really, there is nothing better than handing out beautiful drinks to the ones you love at this festive time of year.


Ingredients::

  • 30mls Vodka

  • 15mls Triple sec

  • 45mls Fresh cranberry juice

  • 15mls Fresh lime juice

  • 10mls Vanilla syrup

Method::

  1. Shake all over ice, serve over ice garnished with lime wheels.
