Please note we do not accept returns. All purchases made are final unless product is deemed faulty. 

POSTAGE

Postage is a Flat Rate of $20.00 per order (Australia only). All orders are posted using Australia Post Express Post.

Please note that we do NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping within Australia takes approximately 5-7 business days. Although shipped via Express Post, this is dependent upon Australia Post’s collection timing.

Please note that Chyka Celebrate will be published in the US as well as Australia, and will have a US edition cover. Our site will only sell the Australian edition.

If you would like to place an international order please get in direct contact by emailing shop@chyka.com to receive a shipping quotation. Shipping internationally takes approximately 10-12 business days.

Please note, all packages will be shipped with an 'authority to leave' if receiver is not home.

We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please be understanding that it may take up to 2 weeks to dispatch.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Chyka Pty Ltd is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Unfortunately there’s no shipping to multiple addresses, you may only ship to one address per order. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

Chyka Pty Ltd is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Chyka Pty Ltd may cancel the transaction and affect a full refund.
